We are always willing to help any customer who comes in. We do recommend calling ahead or making an appointment if you were referred to, or would like to meet with a specific salesperson.
We do not handle any installation. We work with many great contractors in the area and can refer you to the right person if you decide to purchase cabinets with KEI.
Yes, we are happy to work with anybody who is interested in purchasing cabinets and/or countertops.
Most of our products are made to order or are non-returnable to our vendors, therefore we do not take items back unless it is a direct error by KEI.
We are able to offer financing through Cambria Finance, however, it requires the purchase of Cambria quartz countertops.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If something comes damaged, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Often times any “damage” is to a door or drawer and those can be easily replaced without holding up your project.
