Starting a kitchen or bath project can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve laid out exactly what to expect — ten clear steps, from the first conversation to sharing your finished space.
It helps to have your project dimensions ready ahead of your first appointment so we can go over them together — use our resources to walk you through how.
Fill out our quick form with as much detail as you can, or simply give us a call — and we’ll set up your appointment.
We’ll meet you in our showroom to make selections and go over your layout. Want to gather ideas first? Bring in our Project Guide.
After your appointment, we design your layout and send 3D renderings so you can picture your new kitchen or bath — we will fine-tune it with you until you are happy with the design.
Once you’re happy with the layout, we price out your selections.
For kitchens, we’ll come field-measure to verify every dimension, then make final adjustments to your layout and pricing. With your sign-off and deposit, we place the order.
Lead times vary by line. Our more basic cabinets can arrive in as little as 2 weeks; custom cabinetry may take 8-10 weeks. Your salesperson will confirm current timing.
Your cabinets arrive at our Kitchen Express warehouse, and your salesperson coordinates a convenient delivery day with you or your contractor (weekdays only).
Our job is not done once the cabinets are delivered. We stand behind our cabinetry and want our customers to be happy. We know that, with wood products, sometimes imperfections or issues occur. When concerns arise, we will work together to come up with a satisfactory solution.
