What we collect
Information you give us. If you submit a form (for example a contact or signup form), we receive what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use it to respond to you and provide what you asked for.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (GoDaddy.com, LLC (website hosting and content delivery via Cloudflare; processes server logs including IP addresses)) processes standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. We currently use no optional analytics or marketing tools. If we add any, they load only after you accept them in our cookie banner; the cookies we use are described in our Cookie Notice.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, provide services you request, operate and secure the site, and — only with your consent — understand site usage and measure marketing. We do not use your information for purposes incompatible with these.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it for us: GoDaddy.com, LLC (website hosting and content delivery via Cloudflare; processes server logs including IP addresses) and the consented tools in the Cookie Notice. We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the preceding 12 months. We may disclose information if required by law.
Text messaging
If a form offers SMS updates, texting consent is a separate, optional checkbox and never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choices at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in our footer, or clear and block cookies using your browser’s controls (see our Cookie Notice). Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise them, email info@kitchenexp.com; we will verify and respond as the law requires. We do not discriminate for exercising rights. We honor opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where legally required.
Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes may be flagged on the site.
